The all-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as the multi-position reclining seats, can be used for children up 50 pounds. The tray for parents and kids and a large storage basket and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a design that appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a budget option.
It's not the most light stroller but it's got enough features to make it worth considering. The swiveling wheels make it easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push with your legs hanging in the air and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.
In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a little more challenging to close, however; you must slide a slider and then pull a big white button to cause it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids at the same time.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though you'll probably need to put something in it for the back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs, but it has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and much more. The stroller can also be used with a child's seat and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that can be easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your child from a newborn stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.
This stroller only has swivel wheels and no locking capability, so it may not be the best choice for rocky or steep terrain. It's a great stroller for sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.

The stroller is lightweight enough to to maneuver through door frames. This was an important issue with other strollers we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only downside is the small storage space. When it's full of toys for kids it feels tight.
